Today I have added a healthy recipe. That is Ragi Idli and Dosa by mixi method.You can prepare it for breakfast or dinner.
Ragi reduces our body heat. Absolutely its good for summer.
It helps to reduce weight.
It reduces bad cholesterol.
It contains iron,calcium,etc which helps to treat anemia.
It reverts skin aging.
Groundnut(Peanut)chutney is the best combination.
