材料 (五條份量)Ingredients (5 sticks)
二百克中筋麵粉 200g plain flour
一茶匙發粉 1tsp baking powder
半茶匙梳打食粉 1/2tsp baking soda
三分一茶匙(兩克)食鹽(兩克)1/3tsp (2g) salt
一湯匙菜油 1tbsp vegetable oil
一百一十五毫升清水 115ml water
一茶匙白醋或淺色醋 1tsp white vinegar
適量生油 Cooking oil
