Spring is almost here in Seoul! During my recent trip to the local market, I saw alot of wild spring veggies on sale. I thought it would be a good idea to showcase a few of Korea’s spring greens (Bom Namul).
Today, we will work with Dallae and Sedum (Stonecrop). And boy, do they both taste delicious in bibimbap! I will also teach you how to make an “addictive” soy-sauce based bibimbap sauce. With a few spoonfuls of this, you will wolf down your rice!! Seriously good!
