Potato 250 gm Boil in cooker for 4-6 whistles, peeled and chopped into thin pieces
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
Green chilly 4-6 chopped
Curry leaves a few
1 large onion chopped
Coriander leaves a few chopped

Heat a pan
Add 2-3 tablespoon oil and heat it
Add mustard seeds
Add curry leaves
Add green chilly
Stir a little
Add onion
Stir roast onion until it changes to golden brown
Add salt
Add turmeric powder
Add potatoes
Add coriander leaves
Mix it well for 1 min
Close lid and cook for 3-4 min on medium flame.
Take off stove
Tasty and delicious aloo sabzi is ready.
Serve Hot
