This is the best, easiest, most impressive pork chop recipe you’re going to find. If you try it and you’re not satisfied…..well, I can’t really help you, but this is a great recipe regardless!
White wine (any)
4-6 Pork chops
2 Garlic cloves
Seasoning: Mixed herbs, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (to taste)
Baste the pork chops lightly with the oil and season on both sides with salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired. Fry the pork chops on a high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
In a pot/deep pan, fry the onions in 2 table spoons oil until browning. Add in the garlic, pork, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper and stir well. Add in enough white wine to submerge the onions and simmer for another 15 minutes to reduce the wine.
