Ingredients 1 can Cream of Celery soup 4 boneless pork chops 1 box cornbread stuffing mix 1/2 cup whole kernel corn, drained 1 small onion chopped 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar 1 to 2 teaspoons Spicy brown mustard. Combine the stuffing ingredients and spoon into a greased casserole dish. Lay the pork chops on top of the stuffing. Combine the brown sugar and the spicy mustard and spoon on top of the chops. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
