We thought of creating and sharing our best healthy banana bread no sugar recipe with dates. This sugar free banana bread is perfect for breakfast and you can even take it as a evening snack.

Servings: 8 – 10 slices
Recipe Time: 1 hour 30 mins

Banana And Date Bread (No Sugar) Ingredients –

3 Medium mashed bananas ( Ripe)
2 Cups Plain flour
1 Tsp baking soda
2 Tsp Baking powder
2 Beaten eggs
½ lemon juice
2 Tsp vanilla paste
250g Dates (Stoned) Approx 20 dates
½ oil (125ml)
½ cup Tea ( To soak the dates in)

Banana Date Cake Mix Steps:

Step 1: Add the Oil, eggs, bananas and dates and mix gently.

Step 2: Add the vanilla paste and stir briefly.

Step 3: Sift the Flour, baking soda and baking powder into the mix.

Step 4: Gently mix until just combined.

TIP: Do not overmix otherwise the cake will be dry and heavy

Step 5: Grease and flour the 2lb loaf tin.

Step 6: Pour the cake mix into the tin and bake in centre of preheated oven at 160c for 1 hour. Check by inserting a skewer or a knife and it comes out clean.
