Basundi Recipe | Dry Fruit Dessert | Indian Creamy Milk Dessert

Basundi is also known as Dry fruit kheer or dessert.
This is a famous Indian Milk Dessert

Method
1.Boil milk and reduce to half under low flame – 1 and half liter

2.Cut dry fruits in your desired shapes
Almonds – 20
Csahewnuts – 20
Pistacios – 25

3.Soak 25 saffron strands in a cup of warm milk

4.Milk powder – 100 gram

5.Sugar – 40 gram

6.Cardamom powder – half a teaspoon

7.After milk turns to half add the dry fruits and cook for two minutes

8.Then add cardamom powder
Saffron milk
Milk powder
Sugar
And cook for 10 minutes so that it gets thicker

9.Cool the mixture and serve chilled
