Beef Giniling Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 piece beef bouillon cube, crumbled
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 medium carrot, diced
1 cup green peas
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red or orange bell pepper, diced
1 cup green beans
1 cup raisins
2 hard boiled eggs, whole or sliced
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper
How to Make Beef Giniling Recipe:
1. In a pan, saute garlic and onion over medium heat until caramelized.
2. Incorporate the beef into the mixture by breaking it down into chunks. Remove excess oil when beef turns oily and brown.
3. Add tomatoes, water, soy sauce, beef cube, and potatoes. Bring to a boil then simmer under low heat for 15 minutes while covered. Stir once in a while to prevent mixture from sticking at bottom of the pan.
4. Add the carrots, green peas, green beans, raisins, boiled eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 5 minutes uncovered.
