Yes, I keep getting asked about what’s the best pre workout meal for weight loss.

Well, in my opinion, the best pre workout meal to get lean, increase your energy, and improve your mental focus in the gym, it’s a PFF meal, comprised of protein, fat, and fiber.

This pre workout meal is best consumed 2-3 hours before the workout and consists of meat, nuts, and fibrous vegetables.

But I get it, some people may not have the time to make a meal like this, which is why I filmed this video on 7 early morning pre workout meal recipes.

This included an overnight protein flaxseed pudding recipe that acts as a grab and go pre workout meal option.

But again, I get there may be times where you didn’t make this overnight pudding recipe, so I’m continuosly asked for another quick pre workout meal option.

Well, when all else fails, give this Chocolate Strawberry pre workout shake a try.

It’s quick, it’s simple, and since it’s filled with protein, healthy fats, and fiber, it’ll increase your performance and focus in the gym, thus helping you reach your weight loss goal.

Ingredients (1 serving):
– 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
– 2 scoops of banana chocolate nut protein powder (try this one from Rootz Nutrition)
– 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– 3 ice cubes

Directions:
1. Add everything to a blender and blend.
