Eggs – 6 pieces.
Sugar – 250 grams.
Flour – 250 grams.
Separate the proteins from the yolks.
Beat the proteins in the foam.
Add in the whipped protein gradually sugar.
Beat for 7 – 10 minutes.
We add yolks.
We continue to whisk for 2 more minutes.
Add the sifted flour.
Slowly and gently stir.
Form a parchment paper, grease with oil.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees 25-30 minutes.
