Black Bean Taco Soup Recipe – Meal Prep For Weight Loss

This recipe will always hit the spot! It’s a home meal away from home for me every time i meal prep it. This black bean taco soup recipe is easy and quick to make and very filling. Check out more recipes like this one here

Black Bean Taco Soup Recipe Ingredients
-2 lb ground beef
-1 medium onion, chopped
-1 packet of taco seasoning
-1 16 oz can of corn
-1 16 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
-1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
-1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
-1 4 oz of diced green chilies or jalapenos
-1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
– tortilla strips
– cheese, olives, sour cream or avocado as garnish

Prep:

1. – Brown meat over medium-high heat in a skillet, remove and set aside
2. – Cook onions in the skillet
3. – Stir in seasoning, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, chillies, and diced tomatoes
4. – Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally
5. – Serve with tortilla strips/chips and garnish
