Ingredients – Chana Dal Vada
Split Bengal Gram – ½ cup
Ginger – ½ inch
Curry leaf – 15 to 20 leaves
Green Chili – 2 (chopped)
Salt – 1 tsp
Cumins – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) – ¼ cup
Onion (chopped) – 1, medium sized
Edible Oil – to deep fry

चना दाल – १/२ कप​
अदरक – १/२ इन्च​
कढी पत्ता – १५ से २० पत्ते
हरी मिर्च – २ (कटी हुई)
नमक – १ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा – १ छोटा चम्मच​
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च – १ छोटा चम्मच​
हींग – १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए) – १/४ कप​
प्याज (कटा हुआ) – १, मध्यम आकार
खाद्य तेल – तलने के अनुसार​​
