Chana Masala Recipe video

Chana masala is a famous North-Indian dish which is prepared with chickpeas, onion, tomatoes and a lot of aromatic Indian spices. This delicious and flavourful dish is very easy to make. You just need to cook the boiled chickpeas in Punjabi style tomato based gravy. You can serve this delicious dish with puri, bhature or roti. • Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
• Cumin seeds 1 tsp
• Carrom seeds 1/2 tsp
• Green chilies 3

• Tomatoes 2
• Salt 1+1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Raw Mango Powder 1/2 tsp
• Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
• Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
• Anardana seeds 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
• Green Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
