Chicken Pulao/ Polao or মোরগ পোলাও – The best thing about this recipe is how simple it is to prepare. This recipe comes together quickly, and you can make the dish in a skillet, so this is your one-pot meal for busy weeknights!.
Here is the ingredients list:
600 gm Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs( cut into bite-size pieces)
1 ½ cup Basmati Rice( washed and soaked in water for at least half an hour)
3 cups boiling water
½ cup curd
Two medium size sliced Onion ( 2 cups)
Three tsp garlic paste
Two tsp ginger paste
One tsp extra hot red chili powder
¼ cup white oil
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Sugar
5-6 Green chilies
10 -12 chopped mint leaves
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
3-4 Bay leaves
½ stick cinnamon
½ tsp caraway seeds or Shahi jeera
6-8 green cardamoms
5 cloves
7-8 whole black peppers
