Chili Casserole Recipe How To Make Casserole With Ground Beef Recipes Lutong Pinoy Filipino Style
Make this tasty Chili Casserole for your kid’s lunch or dinner for the entire family.
Chili Casserole Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
1 small red onion, chopped
1 pack egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can chili
1 can corn kernels, drained
1/4 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make Chili Casserole:
1. In a large skillet, cook the beef until light brown. Drain excess oil.
2. Saute the onions. Add the celery, diced tomatoes, corn kernels, chili, and taco sauce. Mix well then simmer for 15 minutes. Toss in the cooked egg noodles.
3. In a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pour the noodle and meat mixture then sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
4. Cover with aluminum foil then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Serve Chili Casserole while it is still warm.
