Chinese Stir fry Cauliflower Rice (Chinese Cooking Recipe)

Welcome to Chinese Cooking. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes.

Ingredients:
200g Cauliflower
200g Cooked Rice
2 Cloves Garlic
½ Green pepper
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Pinch of Coarse Black Pepper
Salt To Taste

Method:
1. Chop the flower part of the cauliflower into bite-size pieces
2. Place the cauliflower into a food processor, process until fine – or you can hand chop it as fine as you can
3. Cut the green pepper into thin strips, and then cut into small cubes
4. Finely chop the garlic
5. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok over high heat
6. Place the garlic, black pepper and green pepper in the wok, stir-fry for 10 seconds
7. Add the cauliflower and rice, stir-fry for 2 minutes
8. Add pinch of salt and soy sauce, continue to stir-fry for 2 more minutes or until cooked through
9. Add a splash of sesame oil and stir
10. Remove rice into a dish and enjoy
