THE INGREDIENTS (x 4 crepes):

– 4 Salmon fillets
– Chives (or better: DILL)
– 2 Eggs
– 250 ml Milk
– 125 g Flour
– 4 table spoons Cream
– 4 table spoons Parmesan cheese
– extra virgin olive oil, salt, butter
