Ingredients

Coconut powder ………………….. 1-1/2 measuring cup
Khoya (mawa) …………………… 200 gms(1 measuring cup)
Sugar ………………… 1 measuring cup (make fine powder)
Green Cardamom ………………… 3 (finely grind)
Almonds …………….. 5 (finely chopped)
Silver for decoration

Method

1 Take mava for up a mava to a smooth or run in a mixture heat for a min.
2 Again heat up a wok put coconut powder roost for a minute . Add sugar powder mix well,add
Cardamom powder and cool this mixture for 3-4 mava,it will become soft after getting
Mixed with coconut powder and not light the gas.
3 Grease a tin or a plate spread the burfi mixture
4 Arrange the thinly chopped almonds and silver work on burfi mix.
5 Keep for some time in the fridge.
6 Cut into any shape and size,serve them and prepare them for any festive occasion.
Your coconut burfi ready.
