Creamy Pea Salad Recipe

Rich Pea Salad Recipe:

Add up to TIME: 20 MINUTES.

SERVES: 2-4.


*2 mugs solidified peas.

*1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed.

*¼ pound snow peas, cut.

*4 ounces crude cheddar, ground.

*2 tablespoons sans gluten flour.

*1 ½ glass chicken or vegetable stock.

*1 tablespoon nectar.

*4 tablespoons lemon juice.

*sea salt and dark pepper.

*½ glass coconut drain.


1.Bring a pot of water to bubble Fill another pot with ice water. Include the snap peas and cook for 2 minutes. At that point include the snow peas and cook 30 sec. Deplete the peas and dive into ice water.

2.In a skillet, include the flour, chicken juices, coconut drain and cook for 6 minutes.

3.Drain the peas and add to the skillet. Include the solidified peas and cook for 3-5 minutes. Mix in the nectar, lemon squeeze, salt and pepper. Include the ground cheddar and serve.
