Warmth spread in a non-stick skillet. Include onion, garlic and blended herbs, blend well and sauté till onion turns brilliant darker.
Include rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Include 1 container vegetable stock, salt and smashed peppercorns and stew till the stock is assimilated.

Include mascarpone cheddar and blend tenderly.
Sprinkle parmesan cheddar shavings, embellish with parsley sprigs and serve hot.
