Crock Pot Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken & Quinoa Salad Recipe | Healthy | August Cooking

Crock-pot slow cooker recipe:
1/4 cup of chicken broth
3 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 lbs. of chicken
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley
Mixed baby greens
Quinoa; cooked
Balsamic vinaigrette

1. Place all ingredients, minus the quinoa, greens, and vinaigrette in the crock-pot slow cooker.

2. Cover; cook for 3 to 4 hours on HIGH.

3. Shred the chicken and make your salad.
