Creamy Pork Spinach Dinner
1 ONION SLICED IN 1/2 SIZE PIECES
3 TBSP. OF OLIVE OIL
1 16OZ. BAG OF WASHED READY TO COOK FRESH SPINACH
1/2 TSP. OF BADILA ROASTED GARLIC SEASONING
1 TSP. OF BLACK PEPPER (total ½ at a time see directions)
1 1/2 15 OZ. CANS OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM
1 PACKKET OF BEEFY ONION SOUP MIX
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 CUP MILK
6 PORK CHOPS (Boneless Tenderized)
1 8 OZ. PACKAGE OF SLICED PROVOLONE CHEESE
12-16 OZ. OF COOKED AND DRAINED NOODLES (COOK AL DENTE” 2-3 MINUTES LESS THAN PACKAGE DIRECTIONS)

Put on a pot of water to boil your pasta and turn on to bring to a boil. In a large skillet, work or pot add olive oil, onion, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and roasted garlic seasoning and sauté’ for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until spinach is reduced and dark in color.
Add your noodles to boil, and then start your creamy sauce:
In a large bowl combine the soup, soup mix, milk and sour cream and stir well with a whisk. Add ½ tsp. of black pepper. Set aside
Place your chops in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Now add your spinach and onions on top of pork. Pour half of the creamy soup over the spinach. Add all of your noodles. Pour remaining soup mix over the noodles. Place your slices of cheese over the top and Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
If you layer your pork in the middle it may take longer to cook the pork. I would prefer you to keep it on the bottom layer.
