Boiled toor and chana dal
Green chilies chopped
Ginger garlic paste
Red chilly powder
In non stick kadhai, add clarified butter
Once the oil is hot add all the whole spices and wait till crackle.
Saute cumin, mustard, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies
Saute onion, ginger garlic paste and tomato puree till gravy leaves the oil from sides.
Mix all the dry spices and allow it to cook on high flame.
Add boiled dal and water if required.
Cook it for 1-2 minutes by covering it with lid
Garnish it with coriander and lime juice
Serve hot with rice and chapati.
