Easy Basic Chocolate Cake Recipe In Microwave – 10 Minutes Microwave Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Maida – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
Sugar powder – 1 1/2 cup
Egg – 2
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 3/4 tsp
vegetable oil -1/2 cup
vanila extract -1 ts
warm water – 3/4 cup
vinegar -1/2 tsp
salt – one pinch

Sugar syrup
Water – 1/2 cup
sugar – 3 tbs

Chocolate icing

Wipping cream – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
Sugar powder – 1/2 cup

Method

Sieve the flour , cocoa powder , sugar powder , salt ,baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl

In another bowl egg ,vanila essence ,and vegetable oil mix it well….
In egg mixture , mix wet and dry ingredients in batches… then add warm water mix well…..finally add the vinegar into the cake mixture and mix it very well…

Now the batter is ready to microwave…..

Butter the baking tin and place the parchment paper..
Pour the batter in the tin and microwave the cake for 10 minutes…
Check with a toothpick at about 8 minutes , if come out clean , cake is ready.if not , microwave for 2 minutes

Take the cake out and let it cool to room temperature…
Unmold the cake from the tin ..
For chocolate icing in a pan pour the cream , sugar powder , and cocoa powder…..
Mix it well and allow to refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours …………

Cut the cake so as to level it..
Cote the layers of the cake with sugar syrup..
Cover the second layer with the chocolate icing..
Repeat the same process for the first layer of the cake .Smooth the sides of the cake evenly.

Before you perform the final finish , set the cake for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
After 15 minutes the chocolate icing apply it over the cake…

Using the star tip nozzle decorate your cake….

Delicious , yummylicious and absolutely mouth watering microwave chocolate cake is ready!!
