Ingredients:

Chopped Tomatoes – 2 Tbsp
Red Bell Pepper – 2 Tbsp
Chopped Green Chillies – 1 Tsp
Chopped Parsley – 1 Tbsp
Chopped Scallions – 1 Tbsp
Diced Garlic – 1 Tsp
Green Capsicum – 2 Tbsp
Yellow Bell Pepper – 2 Tbsp
Sumac -1/2 Tsp
Walnuts –1/2 Tsp
Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2
Pomo Glaze – 2 Tsp
Black Pepper – ½ Tsp
Mint Leaves – 4-5

Method:

Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of chopped tomatoes, add 2 tbsp of red bell pepper, add 1 tsp of green chillies, add 1 tbsp of parsley, add 1 tbsp of chopped scallions, add 1 tsp of diced garlic, add 2 tbsp of green capsicum, add 2 tbsp of yellow bell pepper, add ½ tsp of sumac, add ½ tsp of walnuts, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, add 2 pieces of lemon juice, add 2 tsp of pomo glaze, add ½ tsp of black pepper, and finally add 4-5 mint leaves , and mix it well.

Serve it better with some ice berg lettuce leaves in a bowl , garnish it with walnuts and pomegranate seeds!
