Glazed Brown Sugar Pork Chops


2 Pork Chops- Bone-In or Without
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 c brown sugar
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp butter
sea salt
black pepper
olive oil


Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Take a paper towel and pat dry pork chops. Season pork chops with sea salt and pepper on both sides. In a cast iron skillet warm up oil over high heat. Sear pork chops for 3 minutes on both sides. Then take transfer chops to a separate plate. In the same hot skillet add butter, oregano, thyme and chopped garlic. Whisk everything together and scrap bits from the bottom of the pan. Turn heat off and add chops back into the skillet. Bake chops in oven for 6-8 minutes. Then allow chops to rest for 5 minutes. EAT AND ENJOY!
