Healthy carbonara recipe

How to make healthy carbonara pasta.

This delicious and easy carbonara recipe is the perfect healthier mid-week meal which both adults and kids will love!

Healthy carbonara recipe:
200g wholemeal spaghetti
100g bacon
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tbs low fat greek yoghurt
1 egg yolk
50g parmesan cheese
2 tbs chopped parsley

Cook pasta as per packet instruction.
Fry bacon and garlic in a pan.
Transfer cooked pasta into pan.
Add yoghurt and egg, mix well.
Add parmesan and parsley, mix well.

Delicious.
