Super easy and healthy recipe of granola. After tasting it, you won’t be able to go back to store bought granola (which is sometimes made with bad oils and sugar).
The recipe is vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, soy free, and super easy.
2 cups gluten free oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1 TBS cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
3 TBS maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Melt coconut oil and add maple syrup and vanilla, then add to the dry ingredients and mix well
3. Bake for 20-25 min at 350F and mix halfway. Make sure to watch the last few minutes and be careful to not burn the granola
4. Let cool completely. Then store in a container for up to 3 weeks.
