Oil (तेल)
Garlic (लहसुन)
Ginger-Garlic Paste (अद्रक-लहसुन पैस्ट)
Sliced Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज़)
Chopped Spring Onion (बारीक कटा हुआ पत्ता प्याज़)
Capsicum (सिमला मिर्च)
Red Chilli Sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस)
Soy Sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस)
Green Chillies (हरी मिर्चिया)
Baby Potatoes (Boiled in Salt Water) (छोटे आलू)
Sugar (चीनी)
Ground Black Pepper (पिसी हुई काली मिर्च)

In a pan heat oil and add garlic, ginger-garlic paste, onions, white part of spring onions, capsicum, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, water, green chillies, baby potatoes, sugar, spring onion greens and cook all these ingredients well.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with black pepper and spring onions.
