Peanut/Moongfali – 1 cup
Onion/Pyaj -1
Green chilli/Hari mirch – 2-3
Cumin seed/Jera – 1 tsp
Musterd seed/Rai – 1 tsp
Fennal/Sauf – 1 tsp
Turmeric/Haldi Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar/Shakkar – 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice/Nimbu ka ras – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
