Recipe / ingredients

Cookie / biscuit – Crumb Base, yields approx 24

Plain cookie crumbs 72 grams / 2,54 oz
Butter melted 60 grams / 1/4 cup
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp sugar

Cream Cheese Filling – yields approx 12

Cream cheese – 250 g
Confectioners sugar / icing sugar – 90 g
Lemon juice – 25 mls
Lemon zest – 2 tsp
Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp
Gelatine – 10 g
Cream – 400 mls

Colors – purple, green, blue, yellow, using food coloring paste
