Indian Style Pasta Recipe || 3 in 1 – TriColor Orange White Green Sauce || Independence Day Special

INGREDIENTS
• 400 grams of whole wheat pasta
(required for all three color pastas)

(Following ingredients for orange pasta)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of grated garlic
• 1 finely chopped medium sized onion
• Puree of 3 medium sized tomatoes
• 8-10 cherry tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
(required for all three color pastas)
• 1 teaspoon oregano
(required for all three color pastas)
• 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
(required for all three color pastas)
• 1 teaspoon of white chilli powder
(required for all three color pastas)
• 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
• Salt as per taste
(required for all three color pastas)

(Following ingredients for white pasta)
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1 tablespoon of refined wheat flour
• Half litre milk
• 50 grams of cheese
(required for white and green color pastas)
• 5-6 baby corn

(Following ingredients for green color pasta)
• 100 grams of basil
• 3 walnuts
• 10-12 cashews
• 15-20 black peppers
• 50 grams of broccoli
• 8-10 garlic buds
• And water

METHOD
• To start with put pasta in boiling water. Add salt as per taste and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and let it boil for 10 minutes. If pasta gets easily cut by knife then pasta is cooked well. Start preparation of orange pasta first. Take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan add onions and garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and saute for another 5 minutes. Next add chilli flakes, oregano, italian sizzling, white chilli powder, salt and mix well. Next add cherry tomatoes, tomato ketchup, cheese and mix well. Add pasta and let it cook for 2 minutes. Orange pasta is ready.

• Next start preparing white pasta. Put butter and refined flour in one pan. Mix well till refined flour color changes into the color of butter. Add garlic and saute for one minute. Next add milk and keep mixing to make the broth lumps free. Add cheese and baby corn and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add chilli flakes, italian sizzling, oregano, white chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add pasta and cook for minutes. White pasta is ready.

• Next start preparing pesto sauce for green pasta. Take walnuts, cashews, garlic, black pepper and fresh basil leaves in a blender and grind. Next add olive oil and salt. Grind again and make a smooth paste. Once pesto sauce is ready start preparing green pasta. Put some olive oil in a pan. Add broccoli and salt and saute for 2 minutes. Add pasta and pesto sauce and mix well. Add chilli flakes, italian sizzling, oregano, cheese and mix well. Green pasta is ready. Tri Color Pasta is ready to serve.
