One of the dishes I had used the Keto bread crumbs for was a fish cake/cutlet which I made for my wife Deepti. She has been telling me to make this on the show for ages because she really enjoyed it and I’ve finally gotten around to getting it done. In fact I just used a regular coconut mug bread blitzed up in the food processor and didn’t actually make the bread crumbs again (the toasted ones).
Anyway hope you enjoy the recipe and my apologies for the glitchy audio due to my mobile phone. Got to remember to put it away while shooting.
