INGREDIENTS:
1) half capsicum
2) half carrot
3) 1 small size onion
4) 3-4 cloves garlic
5) 1 green chili (optional)
6) 2 medium size tomato
7) one-third TSP garam masala
8) one-fourth TSP cinnamon powder
9) one-third TSP turmeric powder
10) 13 (approximately 1 TBSP) gram peas
11) 30 gram (approximately 3 TBSP) oats
12) 18 gram (approximately 2 TBSP) dry roasted peanuts
13) pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
14) coriander leaves
