is a wonderful milk product,very friendly for is easily tastes awesome when prepared with seasonal vegetables and seasoning of curry leaves,mustard seeds and red chillies.

Ingredients

Curd ……………….. 1 -1/2 cup
Carrot ,Tomato,Capsicum,Onion,Green Peas …………… (each 2 tbs cut into small pieces)
Green Coriander ……………………. few leaves
Green Chilli ………………… 1
Currey Leaves …………………. 8-10 (cut)
Whole Red Chillis …………………. 2
Mustard Seed or Rai …………………… 1/4 tsp
Rock Salt or Kala Namak …………………… 1 /4 tsp
Sugar …………………… 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder ………………….. 1/2 tsp
Salt ………………. to Taste
Oil

Method

1 Take sweet curd,add black salt,white salt,red chilli powder,sugar and blend till the sugar dissolves.
2 Add grated carrot, peas,onion,coriander leaves,finely chopped & deseeded capsicum,tomatoes and
green chillies.
3 Transfer into the bowl you want to serve.
4 Take oil,add mustard seed, curry leaves and broken whole red and put on the curd
Enjoy like that only or serve with your regular meals.
