Mutton Trotters 4 cleaned and washed thoroughly
Ghee 1-2 tablespoon
1 Tomato chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
2 tablespoon Black pepper powder
1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
Ginger 2 piece
5-6 cloves of Garlic
Coriander leaves a few

Fry onion for 1 min on full flame in a pan
Add coriander leaves, ginger and garlic and grind to a thin paste
Also add roasted onion to the mixer jar and grind it
Roast tomato until it dissolves in a pan
Add it in the grinded mixture and grind again
Heat a cooker and add ghee
Add Mutton Paya, fry a little for 1 min
Add only 1 glass of water now
Add turmeric powder
Add black pepper powder
Add salt as per taste
Cook until 6-7 whistles on full flame
Add the grinded mixture to the cooker and water
Open Cook for 5 min on full flame
Healthy Mutton paya/nalli nihari is ready.
Serve Hot
