Up this week, we’ve got three recipes and drinks to make your New Year’s Eve dinner party an absolute breeze. No more evenings stuck in the kitchen whilst everyone else has fun. I’ve created three speedy but restaurant style dishes that are going to get you hosting dinner parties in style. First up we have gorgeous pan seared scallops with an apple and coriander salad, followed by mussel linguine and lastly a rich chocolate, Baileys and hazelnut ganache. I’ve paired up with Diageo to create three perfectly paired drinks for each meal, an orange blossom Haig Club cocktail, a Tom Collins and a Baileys expresso martini. Don’t forget to serve some non-alcoholic options too.
