Oatmeal with nuts and coconut milk – vegetarian recipe

In this video you will learn how to prepare “Oatmeal with nuts and coconut milk”.
Oatmeal (porridge) with nuts and seeds and coconut milk is tasty and healthy breakfast for vegetarians and everyone (without cow’s milk).


Water – 0.75 l
Coconut milk powder- 80g
Salt – 1/2 tsp. (to taste)
Sugar – 3 tbsp. (to taste)
Oat flakes – 150g
Walnut kernels – 5 pcs.
Ground flax seeds – 3 tsp.
Peanuts – 2 tbsp.
Sesame – 3 tsp.
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
Coconut oil (to taste)
Honey – at will and to taste


Boil the water.
Add the powdered coconut milk.
Mix well.
Add salt, sugar to taste.
Add oat flakes, walnuts, ground flax seeds, peanuts and sesame seeds.
Add the vanilla sugar.
Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked.
Add the coconut oil (to taste)
If desired, you can add honey (to taste)
Oatmeal is ready.
