INGREDIENTS for Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe
broccoli rabe (broccoli rapini) – 500 grams (this will produce about 250 grams after cooked)
Orecchiette – 250 grams
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coarse salt – a few handfuls in a pot of water for cooking both the broccoli rabe and the orecchiette.
