Recipe is as follows:
Wash chicken with lemon and take off all the skin.
5 to 6 chicken legs
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 large onion
1 and 1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (Hot & Spicy )
3 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk Marinade
(Both Jamaican Spices were purchased at Cost Plus )
Black pepper, garlic powder, salt to taste and any other seasoning
to your taste.
Marinate chicken for 2-3 hrs and leave in fridge.
When ready to prepare.
Saute Chicken, bell peppers, and onions in a skillet or in Instant Pot.
Add the chicken stock (all the marinated ingredients) on the chicken and cook in dutch cookware or instant pot or slow cooker for desired time.Based on the slow cooker, or Instant Pot timing.
Prepare some steamed broccoli for garnish. Add your favorite side dish or dishes for a complete meal.
