4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onion
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup potato
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup capsicum
2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
3 cups water
Heat butter in a pan. Add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped potatoes, chopped cauliflower and saute.
Add turmeric and red chilli powders along with salt (as per taste).
Now add chopped capsicum, and the pav bhaji masala. Saute the veggies till the masala is cooked and gives a wonderful aroma.
Add water and cook the veggies till they are perfectly done. Mash the bhaji and serve with chopped onions, lemon wedges and pav bread.
