Boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt and two bay leaves. Let them cool down before cutting into halves.
Serve them in a bowl and add the sliced bratwurst sausages, onion and pickles. Add the chopped chives and dill.
Prepare the sauce in a bowl by mixing the mayonnaise, mustard, a pinch of pepper. Cover the potatoes with this mixture and stir everything up. Garnish with some more chives. You can let it stand for an hour in the fridge or serve it straight away.
