SALAD RECIPES//MANGO SALSA/WATER MELON SALSA: Both the salads are healthy, delicious and easy to prepare.These are made with uncooked or raw fruits and vegetables which has high nutritional value and health benefits.It is best to have salads with non-veg items.
MANGO SALSA
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes diced
cucumber peeled and diced-1 cup
Finely chopped onion-1/4 cup
capsicum/bell pepper diced-1/4 cup
tomatoes diced-1/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds-1/4 cup
a hand full of chopped coriander leaves
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
salt-1/2 tsp
orange juice or lemon juice-2 tbsp
Preparation:
Mix and combine all the ingredients in a bowl.Mango salsa is ready to serve.
WATERMELON SALSA

Ingredients:
unseeded diced water melon-1 cup
cucumber peeled and diced-1 cup
Finely chopped onion-1/4 cup
capsicum/bell pepper diced-1/4 cup
tomatoes diced-1/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds-1/4 cup
a hand full of chopped coriander leaves
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
salt-1/2 tsp
orange juice or lemon juice-2 tbsp
Preparation:
Mix and combine all the ingredients in a bowl.Water melon salsa is ready to serve.
