Schezwan Sauce Recipe –

Ingredients –
1/2 cup finely chopped Garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped Ginger
Entire Red Chilli Sauce prepared in the previous Red Chilli Sauce Video (approx. 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup Spring Onion tops
1/2 cup Celery finely chopped
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tsps Salt
1/2 tsp Chinese Salt (Aji No Moto)
2 tblsps Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp White Vinegar
1 cup Oil

Eat with any Chinese starter or use it for making other Chinese dishes too.
