A Special Chinese Sauce Recipe in Tamil :- Schezwan Sauce Recipe in Tamil | ஸ்செஷ்வான் சாஸ் | Homemade Schezwan Sauce in Tamil
Red chilli – 100 gms (without seeds)
Ginger – 1/4 cup ( minced)
Garlic – 1/2 cup ( Minced)
Soya sauce – 1 spn
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 spn
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Step 1: Remove the seeds from red chilli and soak in hot water for 1 hour and blend it like a fine paste.
Step 2: Pour 4 tbsp oil in a pan add Minced garlic and then ginger.
Step 3: Saute well untill raw smell goes off and golgen colour appears.
Step 4: Then add the fine paste of red chilli and saute well.
Step 5: Then add soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
Step 6: Add sugar and salt and mix well.
Step 7: Finally add vinegar and switch off the flame.
Tasty Spicy Schezwan Sauce is ready .
