Stir Fried Rice & Chinese Sausage (Asian Style Cooking Recipe)

Welcome to Asian Cooking. My name is Xiao Wei, even at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in northern Chinese, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes.

Stir Fried Rice & Chinese Sausage Recipe

150g Cured Chinese Sausage
400g Cooked Rice
1 Small Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
5g Ginger
50g Peas
½ Tsp Ground White Pepper
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Salt to Taste

1. Finely chop the garlic, ginger and onion
2. Chop the sausages into small pieces
3. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a wok
4. Add the garlic, ginger and onion into the wok and fry for a minute
5. Add the sausage and peas, stir-fry for 2 minutes
6. Add the rice, salt and pepper, stir fry for 2 minutes
7. Add the sesame oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes
8. Transfer to a dish and serve
