Thecha is a famous Maharashtrian recipe prepared with red chillies (lal mirchi), garlic and ginger. Traditionally the ingredients are grounded on a stone but in our recipe we have grounded in a mixer to make the recipe quick. Lal mirchi cha thecha is a perfect accompaniment for your Maharash-trian meal.
15- 20 Red Chilies
2 Inch Ginger
3 Teaspoon Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder (Dhana Jeera)
12-15 Garlic Cloves
1. Grind red chilies, ginger, coriander-cumin seed powder (Dhana Jeera), garlic and salt.
2. Take 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the above prepared paste.
3. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Thecha is ready.
