Brown Rice 1 Cup (Soaked for 1 Hour)
Tomatoes 4 (Chopped)
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Pink Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Water 2 Cups
Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and onion and fry until it become light brown color, after that add Cumin and slightly fry it and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and add Tomatoes, Pink Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Turmeric Powder, Green Chili and add 3 tbsp water and stir it and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: After that add Soaked Brown Rice and stir it and add 2 Cups Water and stir it and cover it with lid and cook on medium flame until water dry.
Step 3: After that open it and stir it and further cook it for 15 minutes on very low flame (Cover with lid). Now your Low-fat Tomato Rice is Ready.
