Meat Loaf Ingredients:
350 g Pork/ Beef meat minced
50 g chopped chorizo
1 bread soaked in hot milk
Mix the meat with chopped chorizo and the chopped onion. Add two eggs, worcestershire sauce,bread soaked in hot milk, season with salt and pepper. Add the nutmeg,the thyme and chopped parsley.
Place the meat filling on center of the dough.
Place the shortcrust pastry over the filling, pressing the edges to seal and then brush with egg yolk.
Put in the oven pre-heated mark 180º C for about 30 min.
